Our Mission

The Story Behind The VA Runway

For years, I worked as the right-hand to C-suite leaders in global organisations, managing teams, projects and communications at the highest level. I loved the pace and responsibility, but somewhere along the way I realised I was building other people’s dreams instead of my own.

There was a growing desire in me, for more freedom, and balance to build something that truly reflected who I was. That’s when I decided to take a step towards change and began a professional training to set up my own business and start my journey as a Virtual Assistant.

I built a successful VA business from the ground up, combining my experience with my passion for helping others grow. Along the way, I became a certified coach and started mentoring other assistants who wanted to take the same step towards independence.

As my VA business grew, more women began reaching out, asking how I did it, and where to start. I saw myself in their stories: talented, capable, but unsure how to turn their skills into something real.

That’s when The VA Runway was born.

I know what it takes to start over, to reinvent yourself with courage, to learn as you grow, and to build something that gives freedom without losing your sense of purpose.
